5. Booking a free 1-1 session

When you book a free 1-1 session, you are making a request. The session is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm it, by WhatsApp and email. We may need to reschedule, and we ask that you give us reasonable notice if you cannot attend. Booking a session does not create any obligation to purchase our services.
