PROJECTS

Start with the problem, not the software.

One problem, one build. AI does the work in the background, you approve what goes out, and a screen shows it happening. Watch one land:

THE PROBLEM
Sales have gone quiet

The diary has gaps. Nobody has time to chase. Sound familiar?

Step 1 of 6
You bring one problem

No transformation programme, no six-month roadmap. One thing that is costing Harper Electrical money, named out loud.

PICK YOUR PROBLEM

Which one sounds like your week?

Click one and see exactly what we would build, what it roughly costs, and how long it takes.

What is going wrong

The work used to come from word of mouth and it has slowed. Past customers never hear from you, and the enquiries that do land wait days for a reply because you are on the tools.

What we would build

Reactivation messages to past customers in your voice (that EICR due, that extension they mentioned), instant replies to new enquiries, and a screen showing every lead from first message to booked job.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Four steps, priced before we start.

01

Scope it

We pin down the actual problem, not the symptom. Usually one call and a look at how the work flows today.

02

Price it

A fair fixed number and a timeline, in writing, before anything is built.

03

Build it

We build, you see it working on your real work, and we adjust until it earns its keep.

04

Hand it over

It is yours. Run it yourself, or we stay on and look after it for you.

An honest note: some projects turn out to be an OS trying to happen. When we can see that, we say so before we start, not halfway through your budget. And if the fix is a £30 a month off-the-shelf tool, we will tell you that too.

Tell us what is eating your week.

A sentence or two is enough. We will tell you honestly whether it is a project, a Brain, an OS, or nothing to spend money on yet.

Or just email us
