What is going wrong

Scope it

We pin down the actual problem, not the symptom. Usually one call and a look at how the work flows today.

Price it

A fair fixed number and a timeline, in writing, before anything is built.

Build it

We build, you see it working on your real work, and we adjust until it earns its keep.

Hand it over

It is yours. Run it yourself, or we stay on and look after it for you.

An honest note: some projects turn out to be an OS trying to happen. When we can see that, we say so before we start, not halfway through your budget. And if the fix is a £30 a month off-the-shelf tool, we will tell you that too.
