STAGE TWO: IMPLEMENTATION

Then we build it. From £5,000.

Everything the plan calls for, built and live: AI systems, agents, automations, apps, websites, CRM, integrations, internal software, workflows and dashboards.

You never pay it all up frontHalf to start and half on launchOr split across as many months as your cash flow needs, agreed before anything starts

Stage two

What it costs, and how you pay for it.

One price for everything the plan calls for, agreed in writing before anything is built. What the number is depends on the plan. How you pay it depends on you.

WHAT IT COSTS

From £5,000

You get the number in writing before anything is built, and the way you pay it is agreed with it. You never hand over the whole amount up front.

Sixty days of warranty from launch comes with it. If anything we built is not working as it should, we fix it at no cost.

HOW YOU PAY

Half to startHalf on launch

That is the standard shape, and it is the whole of it.

Or spread the same number

Across as many monthly payments as your cash flow needs. We agree how many together, in writing, before anything starts.

WHAT MOVES THE NUMBER

  • How many areas of the business the plan puts in scope
  • How many systems have to be joined up, and how far they open up
  • Whether the agents act on the work or report on it
  • How many people use it, and what a person still has to approve

WHAT AN IMPLEMENTATION CAN COVER

AI systems and agents

Agents that read the enquiry, check it against your records, draft the reply and stop at anything a person should sign.

Automations and business workflows

The chasing, the updating and the handovers between tools, redesigned and then run without anybody remembering to.

Websites and apps

The front of the business and the thing your team opens all day, built around how the work actually moves.

CRM systems and integrations

One record from enquiry to invoice, with the systems you already pay for joined up rather than replaced.

Internal software and dashboards

Software for your own process, and the numbers a director actually reads, in one place.

Custom infrastructure

The hosting, data and plumbing underneath it, built so the rest of it stays standing.

See it working

This is the app, not a drawing of one

Switch the business at the top and the menu, the board, the agents and every word on every screen change with it. That is the whole point of an app built for you rather than sold to you.

Lead agent

Every area at once, and the state of the business across all of them

I read all six areas at once. Ask me about the numbers and I can answer across the lot, because it is one app rather than six tools that disagree.

A demo, so you pick from these. In your app it is a box you type in.

  • Your areas, in your words, in the order your business actually works.
  • One record from enquiry to invoice, not six copies of it in six tools.
  • An agent inside each area that can act, and stops at anything a person should sign.

The three businesses in the switcher are examples of shape, not a list of who we work with. Yours would be drawn from your own process. See the longer demo.

The shape of a full build

Your app in the middle, everything joined to it

One example of a full implementation. Your own app is the OS in the middle, the tools you already pay for stay where they are, and an agent in each area of the business works across both.

Your own app

The OS your business runs on: one record from enquiry to invoice, with everything below joined to it.

The tools you already run, joined to it

OutlookCRMJob management systemXeroMicrosoft TeamsWhatsApp

An agent in each area, reaching both

  • Enquiries agent

Reads what comes in, checks it against your records and drafts the reply.

Reaches your app, WhatsApp and Outlook.

  • Quoting agent

Builds the quote from your own prices and chases it until it is answered.

Reaches your app, Outlook and CRM.

  • Jobs agent

Schedules the work, keeps the job record current and tells the customer.

Reaches your app, CRM and Job management system.

  • Money agent

Raises the invoice from the finished job and chases what is owed.

Reaches your app, Job management system and Xero.

  • Compliance agent

Watches certificates, documents and renewals, and flags what is about to lapse.

Reaches your app, Xero and Microsoft Teams.

  • People agent

Handles timesheets, holiday and the paperwork behind hiring and onboarding.

Reaches your app, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.

This is an example of a full build, not a fixed product. Which areas, which agents and which tools yours holds is decided by the Audit and by how your business already works.

How the app gets built

  1. The plan sets the scope

The Audit has already said what should change and in what order. Nothing gets built that the plan did not justify.

  2. The price and the payments are agreed in writing

You get one number, and the way you pay it agreed at the same time: half to start and half on launch, or the same number split across more months if that suits your cash flow. Both are signed before anything is built.

  3. We build and connect

We build it and plug it into the systems you already pay for, rather than replacing them. Permissions and approvals are set before anything is switched on.

  4. Your team uses it

We put it in front of the people doing the work and fix what gets in their way. A workflow is not finished until the old way has stopped.

If you already pay someone monthly for marketing software

Ask what you are holding at the end of it.

Most monthly AI and marketing packages are a seat on somebody else’s platform, configured for you and managed for a fee. It is worth knowing exactly what that is, because a seat is not the same thing as a business that has been changed.

What are you paying for?

A managed sub-account

Configuration and management of an account on a platform thousands of other businesses are also on. The same template, with your logo on it.

What we build

Software built for your process, and agents built for your actual jobs. Nobody else has a copy.

What happens if you stop?

A managed sub-account

The funnels, the automations and often the phone number stay with the platform. You leave with your contacts and very little else.

What we build

Everything we build is yours. What you keep and how your data comes out is agreed in writing before we start.

Where does the work happen?

A managed sub-account

Inside their platform. Anything living in your job management, accounts or case system still has to be carried across by a person.

What we build

Inside the tools you already run. The agents read and write where the work already is, so nobody has to learn a new system.

How much of the business does it touch?

A managed sub-account

Marketing and lead chasing. The quoting, the scheduling, the invoicing, the compliance and the reporting are all still done by people.

What we build

Whatever the audit says is costing you most. Every area of the business is in scope, not the one the platform happens to cover.

What is it worth in three years?

A managed sub-account

Nothing on its own. It is a subscription, and it stops the month you stop paying for it.

What we build

An asset on your side of the table: your records, your automations, your software, still running.

The things people ask before they sign

We tried AI and it did not stick.

It rarely sticks because a tool gets dropped on a process nobody redesigned, and then nobody owns it. We design with the people doing the work, and we are still in the business every month afterwards. Adoption is the deliverable, not the hope.

Our client data is confidential and we are regulated.

Nothing leaves your control by accident. Access is set per person, hosting is in the EU under UK GDPR with a processing agreement, and nothing goes out in your name until a named person has approved it. In regulated work it usually tightens things rather than loosening them: no more client details pasted into somebody’s personal ChatGPT account.

What happens if we stop, or you disappear?

Everything we build is yours, and what you keep and how your data comes out is agreed in writing before we start. The partnership is rolling monthly with thirty days to cancel. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into the next year.

Nothing goes out in your name without a person saying so.

Every agent has a written boundary: what it may do on its own, and what it must always put in front of someone. Sending, spending and deleting always stop and ask.

Access is set per person and per area. The agent’s own database account cannot delete anything and cannot read your stored credentials, because we took those rights away from it rather than trusting it not to use them.

Hosting is in the EU. Processing is under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with a data processing agreement signed before anything is connected. Your data is yours. We own the infrastructure it runs on, not what is in it.

Built is not the end of it.

Once it is live the partnership keeps it running: monitoring, maintenance, optimisation and support, £150 or £500 a month.
