What exactly are you selling?

One thing. We build your business its own app and put AI staff inside it: leads, quotes, jobs, money, compliance and people in one place, with a specialist agent in each area doing the work and asking before anything that matters. There are no tiers and no packages, because every one is built once, for one company.

How custom is it really?

Accepted Answer

The areas in the menu are your areas, named in your words. The stages on the board are your stages. Every agent is designed around what your business does and what you personally will let it do without asking. Two firms in the same trade come out with visibly different apps. There is no template underneath with your logo on it.

Question 3

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Accepted Answer

No. We build on top, never instead of. If your job system, accounts package and inbox work, they stay and the app plugs into them. Some clients only want the lighter version: agents sitting on top of the tools they already trust, with nothing moved at all. That is a real answer and we build it happily.

Do we have to learn AI to use it?

Accepted Answer

No, and you never will. You will not write a prompt, choose a model or sit through a course to use what we build. Your team gets an app that already knows the business, with things happening in it and things waiting for a yes. If somebody has to learn a technology to get value out of it, we built the wrong thing.

What does it cost?

The build price is set by how much of the business the app covers: how many areas, and how many of your existing tools it plugs into. That is why there is no number on this page. The free 15-minute call gives you the range for a business your size, and the blueprint gives you a fixed quote in writing before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Three months at the outside, and usually well inside it. We quote the outside figure deliberately rather than the optimistic one. Along the way there are five moments you can see, none more than a fortnight apart: blueprint signed off, you can log in, first area working, agents switched on, handover.

Question 7

What is the blueprint, and why is it paid?

Accepted Answer

It is a working session with somebody who builds these for a living. You leave with an AI roadmap for the whole business, your team shown what to use on their own work that week, and the design of your app with a fixed price on it. It is paid because it is the work rather than a pitch, it comes off the build if you go ahead, and everything in it is yours whether you build with us or not.

Question 8

Do we pay for AI subscriptions on top of the monthly?

Accepted Answer

No. The monthly covers the AI the app uses, including the running costs behind it. You are not buying ten subscriptions and you never get a separate bill for the agents doing their jobs. One amount, agreed before you sign, held for twelve months and then reviewed.

What happens if we want to add something later?

Accepted Answer

That is expected and it is most of what happens after go-live. A new area, a branch, a service line, a number you suddenly want watched. You ask, we scope it, it gets built into the app rather than worked around beside it. Small things are absorbed; anything substantial is quoted before it happens.

Question 10

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. We own the infrastructure the app runs on and never the contents, and that is written into the contract before you sign. Everything is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, hosted in the EU, with a data processing agreement setting out exactly what we may and may not do with it.

Can our team have different levels of access?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is designed with you rather than assumed. Who sees money, who sees people, who can approve what, who only ever sees their own jobs. An engineer in a van, an office manager and a director should not be looking at the same screen, and in your app they will not be.

Question 12

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

Accepted Answer

It will occasionally, which is why nothing that matters leaves the building without a person approving it. An agent drafts, chases, flags and files, and you approve anything carrying your name. You decide exactly where that line sits at the blueprint, it is written on the screen in plain words, and you can move it whenever you like.

You host it. What if we stop paying?

We host the app, so the monthly fee is what keeps it running, the same as every other piece of software your business pays for each month. What you keep, and how you take your data with you if you ever walk away, is agreed in writing before you sign rather than negotiated at the end when we would hold all the cards. Ask on the first call and we will answer it straight.

Where should we not use AI?

Roughly a third of what people ask us to automate should not be. Work that is about to change shape, judgement calls that carry real consequence, anything where a person is the point rather than the overhead, and anything so infrequent that maintaining the automation costs more than doing the job. We say so on the first call and it costs you nothing, because we would rather lose the build than sell you one you did not need.

Where do you work?

Right across the UK. The build is done remotely and the blueprint works as well over video as it does across a table, so where you are stopped being the question some time ago.

Are you a software company?

Accepted Answer

No. A software house takes a specification, builds it, invoices you and leaves. We design it with you, we include the consulting rather than charging for it, we teach your team if you want that, and we are still there afterwards because the monthly means somebody who knows your build is on the end of the phone. If it has the letters AI in it and it touches your business, we are the people you ring.

Question 17

Can you train our team on AI too?

Yes, priced separately. It is not part of the build because the whole point is that nobody has to learn AI to get value from the app. But if you want your team to understand what is under the bonnet, or to use AI in their own work beyond the app, we teach that properly and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth your money.

How many clients do you take at once?

One build at a time. An app designed this closely around one business cannot be built for six at once, and that is the reason the ones we take get finished. If the next slot is gone we will tell you when the one after it starts.
