The audit is a piece of work in its own right. It is yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.
We spend time with you and your team to understand how the business actually works day to day, then show you exactly where technology, AI, automation and better systems would make the biggest difference.
What we look at

Priced on scope and value, never on hours. Once you have chosen what to build, we plan it, build it, test it and launch it.

50% to start, 50% when it goes live.
Warranty
60 days from launch. If anything we built is not working as it should, we fix it at no cost.
Stage three
We do not hand you a system and walk away.
Everything we build is hosted and looked after by us, so you never have to think about servers, logins, updates or things quietly breaking.
AI models get retired. Software you rely on changes without warning. Systems drift. Someone needs to be watching, and that is us.
Standby
£150 a month
We host it, watch it and keep it running.
- Hosting, backups and security updates
- Monitoring around the clock by our own AI agents
- Bugs fixed, and changes from the tools we connect to handled before you notice
- A monthly health report: what ran, what we caught, what we fixed
Partnership
£500 a month
Everything in Standby, plus us as your ongoing AI adviser.
- A monthly AI report on how your systems are performing and what could be better
- A quarterly strategy review, looking at where AI could help next
- Ongoing advice whenever you want a second opinion on technology or AI
