What happens during the free strategy session?
We spend an hour on how your business runs: what you do, where the manual work piles up and what you want to improve. Then we look at where AI would genuinely help, separate the quick wins from the bigger projects, and agree which opportunities are worth going after first.
What will I receive afterwards?
One document written for your business: your AI action plan. It sets out the biggest AI opportunities you should go after first, why each one matters, where a person should stay in charge, and a practical first step for each.
Is there any obligation to work with you?
None. The session is free and the action plan is yours to keep. If it makes sense to go further we explain how, and you decide. If AI is not the answer for part of your business, we will tell you.
What does the paid Audit include?
It goes much deeper than the free session. One of us interviews you in person, our audit agent interviews your team in their own time, and we map how the work really moves. You get four documents, the Roadmap, the Gap, the Quick Wins and the Upside, plus several recommended options, each priced on its own. It is from £2,000, priced by the size of your business, and yours to keep.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on what is being built, so we do not publish a standard timetable. Once the scope is agreed you know what is being built and in what order before anything starts. The Audit moves at your pace, because most of it is us talking to your team.
What if AI is not suitable for one of my processes?
Then we say so. A fair share of what we get asked for should not be built, and some work should stay with people. The aim is the right work handled by the right mix of people, software and AI, not AI everywhere.
