The Audit
The price follows the number of people we interview and the number of processes we map. You know it before you book.

Implementation
What gets built depends on what the Audit found: AI agents, automations, custom software, integrations, dashboards. The terms do not change.
Price
Agreed in writing before anything is built. It follows the scope and the value of the change, never the hours.
Payment
Half to start and half at launch, or split across as many months as your cash flow needs.
Warranty
Sixty days from launch. If anything we built is not working as it should, we fix it at no cost.
Ongoing support
Standby keeps the system maintained and monitored. Partnership includes all of that and adds us as your ongoing AI adviser. Which fits depends on how much you want from us between builds.

Questions
It goes much deeper than the free session. One of us interviews you in person, our audit agent interviews your team in their own time, and we map how the work really moves. You get four documents, the Roadmap, the Gap, the Quick Wins and the Upside, plus several recommended options, each priced on its own. It is from £2,000, priced by the size of your business, and yours to keep.
Because it is a working system built around your business: the software, the AI agents, the connections to your existing tools, testing, launch and training your team. The price follows the scope and the value of the change, it is agreed in writing before anything is built, and it is half to start and half at launch, or split across as many months as your cash flow needs.
It depends entirely on what is being built, so we do not publish a standard timetable. Once the scope is agreed you know what is being built and in what order before anything starts. The Audit moves at your pace, because most of it is us talking to your team.
Two flat monthly options. Standby, at £150 a month, covers hosting, backups, security updates, round the clock monitoring, bug fixes and a monthly health report. Partnership, at £500 a month, adds a monthly AI report, a quarterly strategy review and advice whenever you want it. Anything substantial becomes its own scoped project.
