WHAT WE DO

We build the tech, then make it work with your people.

Four things, every month, as one partnership. This page is the long version: what each one is, what it changes, and where we deliberately stop.

How it fits your tools
Agents

They do the admin

The work that falls through the cracks, handled.

Inbound enquiries, quoting, follow-ups, chasing, booking, compliance. Agents work across the tools you already run, and they hand anything irreversible back to a person before it happens.

Runs across your inbox, your CRM and your job system at once.
Talk to it

A chief for every area

Ask where things stand. Tell it what to do.

Each area of the business gets someone you can speak to in plain English, like a team member who never logs off. Ask what is outstanding, tell it to chase, and it acts and reports back.

Sales, operations, compliance and money, each with its own chief.
Company brain

Your team’s AI, made yours

It answers like it works here, not like a stranger.

One shared memory holding your processes, pricing, tone and precedent. Your whole team plugs their Claude or ChatGPT into it, so the answers come back in your language and your rules.

Kept current every month as the business changes shape.
With your people

Adopted, not ignored

Building the tech is the easy part.

We work with your team at ground level and train them on their own work, not on a demo. A system nobody uses is not a system, so adoption is the deliverable rather than the hope.

On your real jobs, with the people who do them.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

Every admin-heavy business leaks the same way.

Missed enquiries, slow quotes, follow-ups that never happen, records going stale. It rarely shows up as a crisis. It shows up as work that quietly never gets done.

Enquiries land while everyone is on site, and the quote goes out when someone gets to a laptop.

Leak 01

Enquiry and booking

Calls and forms arrive while the team is on the tools. The ones answered first are the ones that happen to be seen first.

One intake point that answers straight away, qualifies the job and puts it in the diary.

Leak 02

Quotes and follow-up

Quotes get rebuilt from the last similar job, priced from memory, and chased only when somebody remembers.

Drafts assembled from the job details on your real rates, approved by a person, then chased on a schedule.

Leak 03

Compliance and certificates

Certificates and test dates live in a spreadsheet somebody has to remember to open.

Documents read on arrival, dates extracted and held, and reminders that arrive before the deadline bites.

These are the usual three. Yours will be specific, and finding them properly is what the Blueprint is for.

THE DIFFERENCE

A chatbot answers. Yours finishes the job.

Most people have tried AI and come away thinking it is a clever writing tool. That is what a chatbot is. This is what an agent connected to your systems does instead.

Pick a job
Generic AI

Gives you a template and a list of things to consider when pricing work.

You still have to do it
Your chief

Reads the enquiry, prices it on your rates, drafts the quote in your wording and holds it for you to approve.

A finished quote, waiting on one tap
EXAMPLE SYSTEMS

The work we are usually brought in to fix.

Ordinary operational workflows, rebuilt so they run without being carried. Pick one to see how it changes.

Yours will be named in your words, and there will be fewer of them than you expect.

Lead intake and qualification

The friction

Enquiries land in three inboxes, get answered when somebody is free, and the ones worth having are not always the ones answered first.

The system

One intake point, records created automatically, first response drafted and sent, qualification questions asked and scored, and the owner sees only what needs a decision.

What changes

Nothing sits unanswered overnight, and the pipeline reflects reality.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

Working on its own, not unsupervised.

An agent with no brakes is a liability, so the brakes are part of the build. We manage system safety and access as part of the partnership, and every sensitive action waits on a person.

That is also why we do not promise a headline number of agents. Some are tiny, some are full systems, and a target would only push us to build the wrong ones.

It asks before anything it cannot undo

Sending, spending, deleting and committing all stop on an approval. The agent proposes, a person decides, and the decision is logged.

It only sees what you let it see

Access is set per person and per area. We set the permissions up before go live, and we manage them for you afterwards.

It pushes back when you are wrong

If an instruction would break something, the honest answer is the useful one. Being told no by your own system is a feature.

Some things should stay manual

Low volume, high judgement or high consequence work usually belongs with a person. We will tell you which is which before you spend anything.

See it against your business.

A focused hour on where the work actually stalls for you, and which of it AI would fix. Free, and we will tell you the parts it would not.
