Custom AI apps for London businesses

We build London businesses their own app and put AI staff inside it, on top of the tools they already pay for rather than instead of them.

London has no shortage of AI consultancies, which makes it worth being clear about what is different here. We do not sell you a seat in software we built for everybody, and we do not hand over a specification and leave. The app is designed with you, the consulting is included rather than billed, and we are still on the phone afterwards.

WHO WE TEND TO WORK WITH IN LONDON

Recruitment

Where the admin around placing eats more of a consultant’s day than the placing does, and counter-offers cost real fees.

Agencies and professional services

Firms where the same reporting, onboarding and document assembly repeats per client, per month, forever.

Property and lettings

Managing agents with volume, where maintenance triage and compliance dates are the constant load.

Scale-ups with an operations problem

Businesses whose tooling was fine at fifteen people and is quietly failing at forty.

WHAT IT IS ACTUALLY LIKE

Remote-first, and we mean it

The build is remote, the blueprint is remote unless you want otherwise, and the review calls are remote. That is not a limitation we are apologising for: it is why a firm outside zone one can be the right choice and why the price is what it is.

When we will come in

For the blueprint, if you would rather have the whole team in one room, and for the handover session if that helps it stick. Both are worth doing in person occasionally. Weekly status meetings in an office are not, for you or for us.

On London pricing

We do not price by postcode. A four-area build costs what a four-area build costs whether you are in Shoreditch or Sheffield, which tends to compare well against London day rates.

Worth seeing before you decide: the working demos, four worked examples, and the offer in full.

Fifteen minutes, wherever you are.

Tell us how the business runs and where the week goes. You will leave the call knowing which areas an app would cover for you and roughly what that costs.

Or see exactly how the whole thing works first
